Affiliates on Shopify
Warning. Planned Shopify app The Plandalf Shopify affiliate app is planned, not live. There is no current App Store install path for the affiliate source.
Use one of these paths today:
- Report paid Shopify orders and refunds to the sales API.
- Store the referral token as a cart attribute or order attribute from your theme code where Shopify allows it.
- Use partner
codein the sales API when token capture is not possible. - If the Shopify purchase is ultimately billed through a Stripe account connected to Plandalf and carries Stripe referral evidence, use the native Stripe source.
The planned app is expected to load tracking on the storefront and report paid orders/refunds without relying on checkout or thank-you page scripts. Until it ships, consent behavior and Buy it now coverage depend on your own Shopify implementation.
