Partner portal and join form
Partners use hosted affiliate pages for applications, sign-in, earnings and payout settings.
Join page
The hosted join page is available at /partners/join on the organization host when the merchant enables it. It can require merchant review and records terms acceptance. Custom signup questions are planned.
Applicants receive a confirmation email. Approved partners can sign in with a one-time email link.
Magic-link sign-in
Partner sign-in uses a magic-link flow. The current flow has a GET confirmation screen and POST consume step, with short login-request expiry and longer invite/default expiry.
Portal contents
Partners can see:
- their referral link and code
- total click counts
- sales, commissions, status, payable timing and reasons
- test-mode earnings when explicitly viewing test mode
- payouts, payout references, provider fees where recorded, and statement links where available
- email countdown snippets when a promo is attached
- payout method settings and Stripe onboarding when the merchant enables that rail
The portal does not show buyer names, buyer emails or payment details.
Partner settings
Partners can update display and payout details exposed by the portal. Payout destination changes use confirmation and cooling-off before the new destination can receive a batch.
Partner-authored marketing messages and partner-uploaded photos are not live portal features today.
