Sales row in a sheet
A solo seller has PayPal buyers land in a spreadsheet with the invoice number and total, through a Zap that Plandalf calls after each paid checkout.

Webhook or Zapier
Plandalf sends each PayPal-paid checkout to a Zap with Send Webhook, and a Zap can start a Plandalf sequence back.
No credit card required. No coding required.
PayPalThere is no Plandalf app inside Zapier. The bridge is Zapier's generic Webhooks: a Plandalf Send Webhook step posts a paid checkout to a Zap's Catch Hook URL, and a Zap can post to a Plandalf Webhook Trigger URL to start a sequence. PayPal is only the payment option on the Plandalf checkout; Plandalf does not read PayPal accounts.
| Event | From and to | Through | What happens |
|---|---|---|---|
| Checkout completed | Plandalf (paid via PayPal) → Zapier | Zapier or Make | A sequence on Checkout Completed runs Send Webhook to the Zap's Catch Hook URL with a JSON payload of the buyer's email, name, total and invoice number. |
| Invoice paid | Plandalf (paid via PayPal) → Zapier | Zapier or Make | The Invoice Paid trigger also covers renewals and invoices you send, so use it when the Zap should react to every payment and not only first purchases. |
| Cart abandoned | Plandalf → Zapier | Zapier or Make | A visitor who typed an email but did not pay can be sent to a Zap after a wait of 5 minutes to 7 days. Whether PayPal buyers behave the same here is worth testing in test mode. |
| Zap starts a sequence | Zapier → Plandalf | Webhook | A Zap's Webhooks by Zapier action posts JSON to the Plandalf Webhook Trigger URL. The body becomes trigger data, so fields such as email and ref can feed later steps. |
| Refund | PayPal → Plandalf | By hand | A refund in PayPal does not start Invoice Refunded. If a Zap notices the refund elsewhere, it can start a sequence you built on a Webhook Trigger. |
You need a Zapier plan that includes webhook triggers, a published Plandalf offer with PayPal added, and the Zap you want to run.
In Zapier choose Webhooks by Zapier as the trigger and Catch Hook as the event. Copy the URL from the Test tab.
In Automation, My Sequences, create a sequence on Plandalf, Checkout Completed, limited to the offer that takes PayPal.
Choose Plandalf, Send Webhook. Set the URL to the Catch Hook address, the method to POST, and a JSON Payload using {{trigger.customer_email}}, {{trigger.total_amount}}, {{trigger.currency}} and {{trigger.invoice_number}}.
On the sequence's Test tab pick a recent checkout and run the step so Zapier receives a request. Then finish the Zap's own action steps with the fields that arrived.
Switch on Run on test purchases, approve a sandbox PayPal payment, and check the Events view for the webhook reply and the Zap history. Turn the setting off afterwards.
To start Plandalf work from a Zap, create a sequence with the Webhook Trigger, copy its URL, and paste it into a Webhooks by Zapier action. Keep that URL private.

A Zap watches a form tool and posts each new email to a Webhook Trigger URL. The sequence runs Enroll in Promo so the lead gets a personal deadline before they pay with PayPal.
