Commissions

Hold it for refunds. Pay it when it clears.

One ledger from sale to payout. You see who to pay, and partners see where every dollar is.

    Every credited sale starts here and waits out the hold you set, so a refund never turns into a payout.

  2. Approved

    Cleared commissions join the partner’s balance and go out in the next payout above your minimum.

  3. Being paid

    Download a PayPal, Wise or bank file, or send it through your own PayPal Business account.

  4. Paid

    Mark it paid with the reference. Plandalf rechecks for refunds and disputes before money moves.

Questions before you launch.

Do I have to sell through Plandalf checkouts?

No. Plandalf checkouts credit partners on their own. Sales on your own Stripe Checkout or Payment Links come in through your connected Stripe account, and any other checkout can report sales with the sales API.

Do partners earn on subscription renewals?

You choose: first payment only, every payment for a set number of months, or every payment for as long as the customer stays. Renewals match the customer, so the buyer never has to click the link again.

What happens when a buyer asks for a refund?

Commissions wait through a hold period you set. Refunds, credit notes and disputes reverse the partner’s share, and a refund after payout comes off their next balance.

How do I pay partners?

Download a payout file for PayPal, Wise or your bank, pay it, then mark it paid. Or send it through PayPal Payouts with your own PayPal Business account. Plandalf tracks what you owe; the money goes from you to them.

Does the first partner or the last partner get the sale?

Your choice. Credit the partner whose link the buyer clicked first, or the most recent one before they paid. A click counts for as many days as you set.

What can partners see?

Their own link and code, clicks, sales, what is pending, approved and paid, and the resources you share. Never your buyers’ names, emails or payment details.

    Add the script

    One tag on your site records the partner click in a first-party cookie. It can wait for cookie consent.

    Carry the referral

    Stripe Payment Links get it added for you. For your own checkout, read it with sdk.referral().

  3. 3

    Report the sale

    Post each paid sale and refund. The reply tells you which partner was credited and why.
