Checkouts feature
One tick, a bigger
order
Put a small, relevant extra beside the payment form. The buyer ticks it and it joins the same payment and the same invoice.
No credit card required. No coding required.
Payment
How it works
The bump lives on the payment screen
The buyer has decided to buy. A one-tick extra right there is the easiest yes on the page.
- Payment screen
They see the offer
A short line, a price, a box to tick. Nothing to click away to.
- One tick
It joins the cart
The total updates on the spot. Untick and it comes off.
- On the invoice
One payment, one invoice
Charged with the main order and listed as its own line.
Set it up
Add a bump in three steps
A bump is an Add On block wired to an optional product on the same checkout.
- 1
Add the product, not required
In the Products tab, add the bump product and price, and leave Required off.
- 2
Drop in an Add On block
From Elements, drag Add On onto the payment screen. Set the title, description, image and label.
- 3
Link it to the product
Set the block’s On select action to add that product, then test with the test mode link.

Details
Small offer, no extra plumbing
The bump is a line on the same order, so everything after the sale already knows about it.
Checkbox or switch
Choose the style that fits the page, with your own title, description, image and label.
More than one
Add several Add On blocks when there is more than one useful extra.
Same payment, same invoice
The bump is charged with the main order and shows as its own line item.
Routes that react to it
A later screen can check whether the bump is in the cart and skip or show an upsell.
Coupons can include it, or not
Scope a coupon to specific products to discount the bump on its own.
In every automation
The bump arrives as a line item on Checkout Completed, so access and emails can include it.
Integrations
Keep your site. Upgrade how it sells.
Plus a fully documented REST API and webhook layer for whatever’s not in the list.
Questions
Common questions about order bumps
The short answers. The docs have the long ones.
Does a bump need a second checkout?
No. It is a tick on the payment screen and it is charged with the main payment.
Can it be ticked by default?
There is a default checked setting. Check the consumer rules where you sell before you use it.
Can the next screen depend on the bump?
Yes. Use an Item in cart rule to route buyers who took the bump differently from those who did not.
What is the difference between a bump and an upsell?
A bump is added before payment, on the same charge. An upsell is offered after payment and charged separately to the same card.
