How it works
From checkout to receipt, in your brand
The invoice is written when the payment lands. The receipt goes out when your automation says so.

Set it up
Brand it once, then let it run
Your details and brand are set in Settings. Receipts are one automation away.

Add your details and brand
In Settings, open Customer invoices: business address, tax ID, logo, button colour and reply-to email.

Turn on tax if you collect it
In Settings, open Tax and choose Stripe Tax, TaxJar, Avalara or manual rates.

Switch on receipts
In Automation, start from the Send customer receipt template so every buyer gets one.

Manage the rest in Invoices
Download PDFs, send, void or mark paid, create a new invoice, or import from Stripe.

Create a new invoice, finalise it and send a payment link for work outside a checkout.
Upsells grouped with the order
Post-purchase upsells get their own invoice, grouped under the original.
Tax IDs for business buyers
Collect VAT, GST and other tax IDs at checkout and print them on the invoice.
Events for your stack
Invoice Finalized, Paid, Refunded and Voided can each start an automation.

Does every purchase get an invoice?
Yes. Each payment creates an invoice with its line items, discounts and tax, and it downloads as a PDF.
Are receipts emailed automatically?
Turn on the Send customer receipt automation and every buyer gets one. You can also send invoices and receipts by hand from Invoices.
Can I collect VAT and tax IDs?
Yes. Turn on tax ID collection in Tax settings and add the Tax ID block to the checkout.
Can I invoice a client by hand?
Yes. Create a new invoice, finalise it and send the payment link.
