Overview
How Slack and Plandalf split the work
Plandalf sells and records the purchase. Slack tells the team, with the buyer, the products and the price in the message.
Native app available
Slack is a step inside a Plandalf sequence. When a checkout completes, an invoice is paid or a buyer takes an upsell, the Slack step can send message, with the buyer's email and name, the products and the price paid already filled in. Connect the account once, from inside the sequence editor.

- Choosing which events post, and where
Set it up
Connect Slack in three steps
The short version. No code unless you want it.
- 1
Pick the trigger
Open Automations, start a sequence and choose what starts it. Checkout completed is the usual one; invoice paid, upsell accepted and cart abandoned are there too.
- 2
Add a Slack step
Add a step and choose Slack. The first time, Plandalf asks you to connect your Slack account, right there in the editor.
- 3
Choose the action and switch it on
Pick send message. The buyer, products and price are already on the event; map any extra fields, then turn the sequence on and run a test checkout to watch it fire.

The Slack step can send message. Each carries the buyer's email and name, the products, the price paid, the coupon and the offer they bought from.
Which events can post to Slack?
Any sequence trigger: checkout completed, invoice paid, invoice voided, upsell accepted, cart abandoned. Each step chooses its own channel and wording.

Whatever you put in it. The buyer's email and name, the products, the price paid, the coupon and the offer are all available as fields.
