ActiveCampaign lists a Stripe integration of its own in its help center. Check the help article for what it covers. ## Sync each Plandalf buyer to ActiveCampaign You need a published Plandalf checkout on Stripe and an ActiveCampaign API key and account URL. 1. ### Find your API details Find your API URL and key in your ActiveCampaign account's developer settings. The sync call lives at your account's `/api/3/contact/sync` address. 2. ### Create the sequence In Plandalf go to Automation, then My Sequences. Choose Plandalf as the app and Checkout Completed as the trigger, pick your offer and choose a recent checkout as the sample on the Test tab. 3. ### Add Send Webhook Choose Plandalf, Send Webhook. Set the method to POST, paste the sync URL and add an `Api-Token` header with your key. 4. ### Build the JSON body Send a `contact` object with `email` set to `{{trigger.customer_email}}`, and the first and last names from `{{trigger.customer_first_name}}` and `{{trigger.customer_last_name}}`. Look up the exact field names on the ActiveCampaign page. 5. ### Tag or enrol from ActiveCampaign The sync call covers contact fields. Let an ActiveCampaign automation start on the new contact or a field change, and check ActiveCampaign's API reference if you also want to add a tag or a list by API. 6. ### Rehearse Switch on Run on test purchases in the sequence settings, buy with a Stripe test card and read the run in the Events view. Use the contact sync call, or route through Zapier if you need events. - ActiveCampaign's automation Webhook action has its own payload format and plan requirements, which Plandalf's ActiveCampaign page describes as form-encoded. Check the payload in the trigger's Test tab and ActiveCampaign's help center before relying on it. - The contact sync call only changes the fields you send, and ActiveCampaign's reference says omitted fields keep their values. This page does not cover tags or lists, so set those up in an automation on the ActiveCampaign side or check its reference. - ActiveCampaign's own Stripe integration runs without Plandalf. Whether it picks up a payment made in a Plandalf checkout depends on what Stripe records it reads, so test one purchase before relying on it. - Adding a buyer to a marketing automation is your decision on consent.
